Transistor Calculations:
RE = 1v/60mA = 16.7Ω but used a standard resistor of 18Ω
60mA/100 = 0.6mA for RB
RB = 1.3v/0.6mA = 2.2KΩ but used a resistor of 2.4KΩ since the lab was out of 2.2KΩ
